- Voucher is non-transferable and only available for the intended recipient
- All family members / participants must attend photographic session and all adults / owners must attend portrait ordering session otherwise this Voucher will be invalidated
- Only one voucher per family per year may be used.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers

Digital Files
- Digital files are only for the intended recipient
- Digital files once downloaded are the responsibility of the customer
- All images will be deleted off our main server 30th September 2025
- All payment must be cleared by 30th September 2025
- Customer must not have any outstanding orders/ dept prior to ordering digital files
- Digital files are 300dpi and released copyright once payment has made in full
- Fills are already digitally edited and contain all edited files. 30 is the minimum you will receive. Please note you will receive all edited files from your previous session which could exceed this figure
- Once payment has been made in full - files will be electronically delivered within 5 working days
- Files are from previous session only - special price applied due to server clearance and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers
- Digital file package is valued at £2995rrp
