Ridgeback - Mam Tor, Derbyshire
This image captures the quiet power of a day drawing to a close. Cyclists and walkers trace the spine of the Mam Tor ridgeline, bathed in the last light of the setting sun. The winding path, the shadows, the warm hues, all pull the viewer gently into the scene, as if walking it themselves.
There’s a sense of purpose and peace here, of journeys taken, breath caught, and the reward of open skies. A reminder that the day doesn’t have to end in a rush.
