"From the minute you call to book your session you are fully welcomed and looked after. I took my 18 month old and 7 year old into the studio for a photo shoot. My 7 year old was in a couple of the photos as she had her own session a few years ago. My 18 month old is a little wild child! The photographer was amazing and caught her personality so well. We were made to feel comfortable, we had so much fun and enjoyed being with the crew that day.
The viewing appointment was emotional. You see your child captured in such an amazing way! It’s really hard to choose which photos to have framed! But again, the person you have with you helps with the choices and you can spend as long as you like in there picking the right ones for you.
When it comes to picking up the frames, my goodness it’s a wonderful experience. Seeing the frames made up in person rather than on screen gives you this overwhelming sense of pride and joy! "We originally hadn't thought about having a Newborn photoshoot but a couple weeks in, I really wanted to capture her when she was tiny. So I had a look around online and found Mackney Photography. We just felt like their style suited us! Not overly cheesy and looked really high quality.
We had our shoot with Simon and Wendy, who were awesome! We had a really lovely morning taking beautiful photos of our little one. There were trials and tribulations, especially when taking photos of a naked newborn, needless to say we had a trifecta of bodily functions and they were so kind as to lend me a dress to go home in!
